Isaiah 34:16; “Seek ye out of the book of the LORD, and read!”

Welcome to our lessons on the Tanakh (Tanach)!

The Tanakh is the Hebrew Bible, or Old Testament. Every letter, every word, every phrase and every sentence is inspired by YHWH. Think about this: if you read a translation of the Tanakh, however honest or good that translation, you are not reading the inspired text, but rather a man-made translation of the inspired text of the Tanakh. A translation is subject to errors, misunderstanding, interpretation, things which cannot be interpreted, and many similar problems. Either which way, you lose the beauty and accuracy of the original inspired Hebrew text. But if you read the Tanakh, there are no errors, no interpretation and no translation issues. You will read the inspired words exactly as YHWH intended. Now, if you love the Hebrew Scriptures, why would you settle for anything less than the inspired text itself?

With that thought, here is a list of the lessons on the Tanakh which are currently available.
