The next letter of the Hebrew Alphabet is called Mem, pronounced the same way as hem or gem.

Like Kaf, Mem is one of the Hebrew letters with a special form when it occurs at the end of a word.

This final form is very square looking. It is not rounded.

Both forms of Mem have the Gematria (numerical value) of 40. That’s easy to remember - Mem is for Moses, and Moses was on mount Sinai for 40 days.
